Member’s general Meeting started at 10.00 am with Safety rules from Secretary Shri. Bharatbhai Parikh followed by prayer. Two minute silence was observed by members for Late Saurin Patel & Anshul Shah ( two young Indian Gujarati boys who were drawn away at piha beach) .

Secretary Sri Bharatbhjai parikh handed over the stage to members Shri. Jashubhai Patel, Kishorbhai Desai & Amratbhai Patel who were to present Diaro alongwith guest artist Shri Ashish Dave & Shri Sureshbhai
Members enjoyed the DIARO and at the end both guest artists were honoured with shawl by Shri Jashubhai Patel & Kishorbhai respectively.
Bharatbhai parkh also gave some health tips to the members.
In the second half Shri Bharatbhai parikh gave details about picnic on 18th Feb 2023 soon after February birthdays were celebrated for members.
80 years age were celebrated for Shri Shantilal Maisuria and Shri Chhaganbhai Lathigara. They both were honoured with Shawl from Mahendrabhai R Patel & Shri Sureshbhai Trivedi respectively.
Shri Gangibhai Taunk who reached milestone of 90 years of age, was honoured with certificate by Shri Dharmendrabhai Mehta.
President Shri kiritbhai Thaker in his speech welcomed Sunilkumar from 20/20 trust . Members were given information about 20/20 trust and their aim to provide Chromebook to senior citizens. Kiritbhai informed members about eligibility criteria and necessary form to be filled out for the same . GSNZ is only intermediate person to help seniors in getting chromebook for our seniors. They need to pay token amount of $60/- and rest shall be bared by 20/20 trust. In next month meeting names were pulled out and they will be called for necessary training.
President Shri Kiritbhai Thaker also thanked members, their friends and relatives for their generous donation for piha victims. Treasurer Shri Mahendrabhai Patel give details of Fund raised so far ( $8581/- ) and same shall be paid to Ann’s funeral homes against their bills for dead bodies to be sent out to India , to their families. Collection from give a little page shall also be given to victim’s family through Apurv .
