Minutes of Annual General meeting held on 7 October 2023
at New Lynn Friendship club hall,
3063 New North Road, New Lynn, Auckland.

First Half
Meeting was started at 10.15am.
Shri Bharatkumar Parikh started meeting with his welcome speech and safety rules for the members.
Rasmikaben and Ladies group made a prayer.
Shri Dilipbhai Thakkar sang a song of film Maine Pyar Kiya
Shri Narharibhai Patel gave a speech on Senior citizens.
Shri Purshottambhai Merail sang a song on film College Girl.
Smt. Kusumben Patel made a kavya Vanchan on KRISHNA.
Shri Bharatbhai Parikh introduce new election committee members.
Second Half
Shri Kiritbhai Thaker, Shri Mahendrabhai Patel has given full details of outcome of food stall which was held on 23 rd sept 2023. Total profit also declared which was $5500+.
Members enjoyed October Birthdays of members. Shri Kiritbhai and Dharmendrabhai sang Birthday song.
Shri Bharatkumar Parikh announce various information about upcoming events of in October 2023 in Auckland. He also requested members to visit and support our yuva wing food stall events schedule on29/10/23.
Shri Kiritbhai Thaker deliver his presidential speech and update members about progress of the samaj. He also declare Garba night of samaj on 15/10/2023 at Friendship club hall.
Shri Kantibhai Patel and Ashokbhai Raval inform the members about upcoming picnic on 18/11/2023
Shri Dharmendrabhai Mehta inform members about youth wing updates with upcoming food stall event schedule on 29/10/2023.
Sweet was sponsored by Shri Ashokbhai Raval.
Shri Prabhubhai Desai chant Bhojan Mantra and then all members enjoyed lunch with sweet donated by Smt. Jasubhai Patel.
Shri Narharibhai Patel and other team members and ladies group has done wonderful job in kitchen and during catering of food to all members and guest.
All members left hall around 2.00 pm
Cleaners has clean the utensils and hall and committee members and volunteers left the hall at 3.00 pm after locking the hall.
