Minutes of Annual General meeting held on 2 September 2023

at New Lynn Friendship club hall,

3063 New North Road, New Lynn, Auckland.

  1. Meeting was started at 10.15am.

  2. Shri Bharatkumar Parikh started meeting with his welcome speech and safety rules for the members.

  3. Smt.Rasmikaben Patel and group has made prayer.

  4. Smt.Bhartiben Patel and group performed a group dance which was fabulous and all members enjoyed it.

  5. Shri Dineshbhai Seth sang a Bollywood song beautifully( Lakho hai nigah me.. )

  6. Election Officer Shri Chunibhai Mehta declared election result saying all candidates for EC bye election are uncontested and declare name of 4 new EC Member i.e. Shri Ashok Raval, Shri Kantibhai Patel, Shri Dineshbhai Shah and Smt. Rasmikaben Patel

  7. Shri Dineshbhai Shah sang bollywood song beautifully(chaudhvi ka chand ho..)

  8. Smt. Neelaben Kadakia made a Kavya Pathan.

  9. Kum. Aanya Patel solo dance on Krishna which was appreciated by all members.

  10. Shri Kiritbhai Thaker deliver his speech and update members for next coming events, welcome newly elected EC  members and police meeting updates.

  11. Shri Dharmendrabhai Mehta updates members on youth wing activity and their next coming event “Racket Rally”.

  12. Smt. Karishma performed solo dance which was also enjoyed by all members.

  13. Shri Jasubhai Patel sang bollywood song @ Likhe jo khat tuje who teri yaad me...


  14. September month Birthday celebration was made with all eligible members whose birthday falls in Sept 2023. Birthday song were sang by Jasubhai Patel and all members. Birthday cards were given to all birthday boys and birthday girls.

  15. Smt. Jigna Shah made a Kavya pathan

  16. INVITED GUEST Shri Umesh Sharma sanf a Bollywood song and promoted Avish Sharma next coming event on  23/9/2023.

  17. 50years marriage anniversary for Shei Vijay Modi and Smt.Purnima Modi also celebrated.

  18. Shri Kiritbhai Thaker sang a Bollywood song @ Mai pal do pal ka sayar hu..)

  19. Shri Prabhubhai speak Bhojan Mantra and then Lunch was served to all present members.

  20. Meeting was finished at 1.30pm

  21. All members left the hall by 2.30pm
