- Meeting was started at 03.15pm and Bharatkumar Parikh welcome
everyone.
- Shri Bharatkumar Parikh,secretary, started meeting with his welcome speech
and safety /house keeping for the members.
- Deep Pragatya lighten up by Chief Guest and 2 nd chief Guest followed by Shri
Vidyutbhai Oza, president Shri Kiritbhai Thaker and Shri Bharatkumar Parikh.
- Shri Kiritbhai Thaker, President, announce shubharambh of the Mahotsav.
- Swagat geet / prathna was beautifully performed by Youth wing kids.
- Gujarat state main song based on Kavi Narmad was shown on projector x

- Secretary Shri Bharatkumar Parikh informed all members and guest about
history of Gujarati Samaj since its establishment.

- President Shri Kiritbhai Thaker deliver his speech and inform members
about updates and future planning of Gujarati Samaj.
- Shri Bharatkumar Parikh invites on stage - Chief Guest Smt. Ranjanaben Pateland request Shri Chunibhai Mehta to offer her Bouquet and Shri Kirit Thaker honoured her by presenting our Momento. 2nd Chief Guest Shri Hasmukhbhai Patel and request Shri Dharmendrabhai
- Mehta to offer him bouquet and momento.On our request. Shri Hasmukhbhai Patel also made Book Vimochan of our Dasabdi Mahotsav Book on.
- Senior mix group performed nicely on song – Delhi hoy ke Mumbai hoy
- Yuva Mix group performed very nice dance on remix song – Gori Radha $ Moti verana chokma
- All our invitee and remain present communinity leaders were honoured by Smt. Kokilaben Mehta, Shri Mahendrabhai R Patel and Shri Kishorbhai Mehta.
- All our sponsors who remain present were honoured with momento by Shri Tulsibhai Patel, Shri Vinodbhai Tailor and Shri Tejas Patel(Yuva wing).
- All our Past president were honoured with Certificate of appreciation by Shri Chirag Tailor and Smt. Palak Barot(both yuva wing).
- All our life time members were honoured with certificates by Smt. Anjanaben Tailor, Smt. Rasmikaben Patel and Purvi Patel(Yuva wing).
- Senior group members made nice performance on gujarati song – Ame Mumbai na Rehvasi..
- MC announce some important information about dinner arrangement and then offer everone to dance on a mesh up song x audio clip.
- President Shri Kiritbhai Thaker given conclude speech of the Mahotsav.
- Secretary Shri Bhartkumar Parikh convey her vote of thanks to all who helped Gujarati samaj since its establishment to build them strong and also those who helped to made this Dasabdi Mahotsav as a great successful event.
- Event was concluded with National Anthem – Jan Gan Man Adhinayak jay he…..and then with Bhojan Mantra.
- Delicious Dinner was served to all members and all guest which was appreciated by all. Meeting finish at 8.30 Pm after cleaning the main hall and dining hall.
